RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—within the guidelines below.
30-DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, installation, modification, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will promptly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products
- Personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Any item that has been used, installed, or altered

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, simply complete an approved return and place a new order. This helps ensure the fastest processing and accurate fulfillment.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Bank or card issuer processing times may vary
If a return is not approved, the item may be returned to you at your expense or disposed of at your request.
